What kind of results can I expect?
Results depend on your unique body, consistency, and readiness to follow the plan. But most clients see progress in energy, body composition, and confidence within the first few weeks. What I offer is not a one-size-fits-all solution — it’s tailored to you, and it works when you do.
What do I need to track during coaching?
We’ll track your nutrition, movement, activity, and sleep. I’ll show you exactly what to track, how to track it, and what it means. Some devices are sold separately (if needed). Some tracking apps are free and others have a nominal fee. We will cover all your options in your first coaching call.
How do I communicate with you during coaching?
You’ll have regular Zoom sessions (monthly, biweekly, or as needed depending on your level) and ongoing access to me for questions, adjustments, and support via our private coaching portal and community.
Can I change levels later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with Accelerate, shift to Optimize, and then stay consistent with Maintain. You can move up or down based on your needs — or pause if life gets busy.
What makes your coaching different?
I combine real data with real life. I’m not here to sell hype or hand you a cookie-cutter plan. You get high-level strategy, straight answers, and customized direction based on what your body is telling us — not just what the internet says.
