Yes. Coaching is personalized and data-driven, so a one-time Consultation is required before getting started. Meal and/or Exercise Plans are also purchased separately based on your needs.

What do I need to track during coaching?
We’ll track your nutrition, training, activity, and sleep — the key inputs that drive your results.

I’ll show you exactly what to track, how to track it, and how to interpret it so you can make better decisions along the way.

Most tracking can be done with simple apps and tools. We’ll walk through the best options for you during your first coaching session.
How do I communicate with you during coaching?
You’ll have scheduled Zoom sessions (monthly or biweekly, depending on your level), along with direct access to me between sessions for questions, adjustments, and ongoing guidance through your private coaching portal.
Can I change levels later?
Yes — your coaching can evolve as your needs change. Many clients start with Accelerate, transition to Optimize, and then continue with Maintain.

You can move up or down at any time based on your goals, schedule, and level of support needed. If life gets busy, you also have the option to pause and resume when you’re ready.
